Job Description

Medtronic seeks a Senior Robotic Stapling Specialist to drive market share growth in stapling technologies and robotic hybrid surgical procedures across a California territory. This remote sales role requires extensive travel and expertise in advancing surgical innovation within healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as district expert on stapling technologies including Signia and Circular EEA, driving market share growth
• Provide hands-on clinical training and support to surgeons and surgical teams on proprietary technologies
• Lead introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures; drive conversion opportunities with robotic surgery teams
• Initiate and execute district-wide market development programs including therapy awareness and RAS adoption initiatives
• Maintain weekly presence in robotic procedures to deepen expertise and build strategic relationships with robotic surgery programs

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years medical device sales experience, or associate's degree with 6+ years, or bachelor's degree with 4+ years
• Over 50% travel capability in assigned territory; valid driver's license required
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas in medical device or surgical fields
• Strong clinical environment knowledge and ability to communicate complex product information
• Experience building and managing relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
