Marketing Manager

MARKETING MANAGER (Hybrid/in-office flexibility)
MONTGOMERY, AL

Position Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training):

2-4 years in marketing, social media content creation, or hospitality revenue management
Hands-on content creation/editing (TikTok/Instagram Reels; tools like CapCut, Canva)
Familiarity with revenue tools (PriceLabs, AirDNA, property management software) preferred but trainable
Strong communication/networking; comfortable representing the brand locally
Bachelor's in Marketing/Hospitality/Communications preferred, not required

Benefits:

Base salary of $40,000 plus performance bonuses (target $5,000-$20,000 annually)

Paid overnight travel as needed

Salary: $40,000 base + bonuses
Work Hours/Time: Full-time, standard business hours with some evenings/weekends for events or content capture
Territory: Based in Montgomery, AL, with current properties ranging from Birmingham to Mobile and Pensacola ; paid travel to those areas
