We are working on behalf of a well established, community rooted small animal hospital in Fredericksburg, VA that is looking to welcome a Full Time or Part Time Associate Veterinarian to its team.

Founded nearly twenty years ago, the practice has built an excellent reputation across the Fredericksburg, Stafford, and King George communities for compassionate, high quality care, treating both small animals and exotic pets with a personalized approach.

The team is looking for a collaborative, compassionate veterinarian with strong communication skills, someone who enjoys supporting and mentoring support staff and is confident in their clinical decision making. Strong skills in preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry are preferred, and experience with exotics is a welcome bonus.

About You

\n
• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
\n
• You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in Virginia
\n
• Confident in your clinical decision making and committed to evidence based medicine
\n
• Strong skills across preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry
\n
• Comfortable with exotics, or keen to develop in that area, is a bonus
\n
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys supporting and mentoring support staff
\n
